I found the hotel to be in a prime location in the city center, making it convenient to explore the town. The rooms, though a bit small for the price, were surprisingly spacious by local standards. However, there was a slight issue with a damp smell in the room and the use of paper cups instead of proper glassware. On the bright side, the staff was exceptionally nice and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The dining experience, while expensive, offered delicious options cooked by the delightful Joana. Overall, a mixed bag with some room for improvement but with a great central location.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were cozy but felt a bit small and dark due to the sloping roof. On the bright side, the beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed, and the option to open the window were nice touches. The 'wet-room' shower and flat-screen TV added a modern feel, but some natural light would have been appreciated.

The service at this hotel was top-notch. From the helpful explanation on parking for our two cars to the kind gesture of offering us parking tickets, the staff, including the cheerful receptionists and the operation manager Anabelle, were friendly and positive throughout our stay.
